- 2 / 5By DJ VILLANOVA_NYCI was provided with some real bad customer service. I ordered and 2 for $10 and wanted to add bacon to it which I was willing to pay the different for it. The cashier informs me he can't do that. I always do this at other BK franchises and I always get the great customer service I expect. This is the first time I had issues when placing my order. Aside from this issue, this place is messy , no ketchup in the dispenser. No ketchup cups. A customer should get for what they are willing to pay.August 08, 2016
